Real estate broker since 2012, I was born in Pointe-aux-Trembles and specialize in the sectors of East Montreal and South Lanaudière. Ambitious, dynamic, and enthusiastic, I take pride in being rigorous and persistent in all my efforts and transactions. My commitment to my clients is to provide them with exceptional service, tailored to their needs, ensuring that every real estate transaction is a success, meeting the highest standards of the market.

Graduated in Business Administration from UQAM, Tony Ear has over 18 years of experience in the fast food industry, where he worked his way up to become a manager and franchise operator. The 2020 pandemic led him to redirect his career toward real estate—a new passion.

Curious, resourceful, and highly adaptable, Tony successfully transferred many key skills to his role as a real estate broker, including customer service, stress management, and negotiation. An entrepreneur at heart, he offers personalized, courteous, professional, and honest service.

 Real Estate Administrative Assistant 

I have been working as a real estate administrative assistant since 2022, closely collaborating with Maxime, a real estate broker. I am responsible for the full management of client files, including preparing documents for listings, purchase offers, and sending the complete file to the notary at the appropriate time. 

I ensure that each step is compliant, well-organized, and submitted within the required deadlines. The role of the administrative assistant is to lighten the broker’s workload by handling rigorous follow-ups behind the scenes. 

My involvement allows Maxime to fully focus on what matters most: providing quality customer service.
